Our first ever non-alcoholic beer, Brooklyn Special Effects is coming to the United States. Hoppy, delicious, and yes, you read that right: non-alcoholic. Specifically, just under .5% ABV, or roughly the same alcohol content as an overripe banana. Don’t get us wrong, we still love brewing and drinking alcoholic craft beer, too. But there’s also plenty of times when we’re in the mood for the flavor of a beer without the alcohol— grabbing time with friends but also fitting in the gym, sticking around for a little longer at a wedding reception, and so on. We decided to brew something that could let us do more with our days and nights without sacrificing flavor or quality, and Brooklyn Special Effects was born. It’s a huge hit in Europe, and now we’re ready to share it closer to home.
