Brewed with Belgian Pilsen, German Vienna and Caravienne Malts. Lightly hopped with German Saaz and Hallertauer Mittelfrueh. Fermented with Ale yeast then cold conditioned for an extended period.

Hopped with El Dorado, Amarillo, and Columbus. Copiously dry hopped with Azacca, Amarillo, Columbus, and Lupulin Mosaic then Double Dry Hopped with Experimental Pink ID-158 Hops. Notes of honey, apple, and vanilla.

Heavily Wheated and Oated North East IIPA. Dry Hopped with Motueka, Wakatu, Columbus, and Lupalin Citra. Double Dry Hopped with Vic Secret. But seriously... Why Kick A Moo Cow?

Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Columbus. Double Dry Hopped with Freestyle Hops Maui Nelson Hop Kief.

Unfiltered Italian Pils Brewed with Belgian Pilsner Malt and German Melanoidin, lightly hopped with American Santiam and German Huell Melon then dry hopped with Huell Melon during an extended lagering period.

Unfiltered Franconian Style Kellerbier brewed with Belgian Pilsner Malt, German Vienna, and Carahell Malts. Hopped with Mittelfrüh and New Zealand Cascade before lagering.

A German Style Marzen brewed with loads of German Dark Munich, Vienna, and Belgian Pilsen Malt. Delicately dry hopped with Styrian Golding. Light and refreshing enough for a day at the Beer Tents.
