Flavor Notes

Rich and complex, while the approachable proof point brings out lush sweetness and dark fruit.

The nose opens up in a bakery, with aromas of baking spice, yeast, freshly baked cinnamon raisin bagels, cinnamon stick, grape jelly, and frosted mixed berry Pop-Tart. Upon first sip, there’s more baking spice, as well as oatmeal raisin cookie, vanilla frosting, Frosted Flakes, and crème brûlée. The finish brings a pleasant amount of cinnamon heat, which swiftly mellows out into cereal milk, glazed Cinnabon, and cinnamon-raisin oatmeal.
