Matured in a combination of Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and American Bourbon whiskey barrels, Redbreast 15 Year Old is bottled without the use of chill filtering, and at a higher proof than the classic Redbreast 12 Year Old. The nose is subtle and refined, with elegant aromas of berry fruit, spice and toasted wood, accented by a touch of caramel.
